One Rat Short by Charlex Films is easily the most powerful short film I’ve ever seen. Emotional, incredible animation, amazing from a technical viewpoint- and, of course, it’s about our rattie friends!

Just to let you all know what’s going on with Billy–I took him to the vet a couple days after the incident, who proclaimed he was healing well and also dewormed him while we were there (poor guy was really put through the ring). Now he is still his same fabulous self, though I will be keeping him in the terrarium as long as I have mice and rats in the same room. Luckily, his impediment hardly affects his daily routine. I certainly hope others can learn from my mistake rather than unwittingly put their pet in a potentially dangerous situation.
